EVENT DETAILS: This event will take place at our location on Monday, April 4, 2022 and procedures will be performed by My Kids Have Paws Veterinary Services.  Those who receive a CONFIRMED spot at the clinic should arrive at our location by 9:30AM, where they will check in, complete form signatures, and pay the remaining fee amount. They will be able to return to pick-up their pet after 3:00PM. Crates required for felines, and preferred for dogs if possible.

Please read over the below intake forms with needed info and procedure prices. If interested in registering for a spay/neuter slot, provide your information in the contact form. You will receive a phone call within 72 hours, and must be prepared to answer the questions from the forms in order to reserve your spot. A NON-REFUNDABLE half deposit will be required to reserve your spot during phone call. Forms of payment allowed include: Paypal, Venmo, or providing card details during phone call.
