Things to know

DEPOSITS
We require a $40.00 non-refundable deposit per pet for surgery appointments. This fee will be deducted from your final payment the day of surgery.

ABANDONDED PETS
An animal will be considered abandoned after 24 hours and will be turned over to the Polk County Animal Control, as we do not have the space to keep them. We appreciate your prompt pick-up and payment.

PICK-UP
There is an additional charge of $30 for late pickup. We are not able to board pets.

RABIES VACCINE
This is the only legally required vaccine. Please bring proof from a licensed vet (tags are not enough). If not current, we will be required to vaccinate at the time of surgery for an additional $14.

AGE/WEIGHT

REQUIRED- LEACH/CARRIER
For safety, your pet must be at least 12 weeks old and weigh 2 pounds or more.
Please bring your dog on a leash and your cat in a carrier.
